Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bay County Jail Bed Expansion for Substance 9
Abuse Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 999, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Bay County Jail 16
Bed Expansion for Substance Abuse Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 999. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
