Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Life Management Functional Family Therapy Team 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 931, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Life Management 16
Functional Family Therapy Team as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 931. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
