Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lynn Haven Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks 9
Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 968, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,670,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Lynn 16
Haven Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks Expansion as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 968. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
