Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Charlotte County Ackerman -Countryman Septic-to-9
Sewer Conversion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1587, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Pr otection to fund the Charlotte 16
County Ackerman-Countryman Septic-to-Sewer Conversion as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1587. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
