Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Peace River Reservoir No. 3 Wetland Mitigation 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1586, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Peace 16
River Reservoir No. 3 Wetland Mitigation as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1586. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
