Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Shores Village NE 104th Street Roadway 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1482, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $655,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Miami Shores Village NE 104th Street Roadway Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1482. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
