Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Village of El Portal - Parks Renovations 9
Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1388, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $435,135 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Village of El 16
Portal - Parks Renovations Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1388. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
