Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Village of El Portal - Village Hall Addition 9
and Renovations is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1387, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $901,940 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Village of El 16
Portal - Village Hall Addition and Renovations as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1387. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
