Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office Port Tampa 9
Bay Safe Boat - Revert and Reappropriate is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1815, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $575,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Hillsborough County 16
Sheriff's Office Port Tampa Bay Safe Boat - Revert and 17
Reappropriate as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1815. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
