Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Riviera Beach Utility Special District Water 9
Treatment Plant is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1589, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Riviera Beach 16
Utility Special District Water Treatment Plant as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1589. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
