Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Premier Community HealthCare Group - Facility 9
Renovation & Construction is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1041, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Premier 16
Community HealthCare Group - Facility Renovation & Construction 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1041. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
