Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Broward Health - Healthcare Associated 9
Infections Reduction Pilot Program is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1656, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Broward Health - Healthcare 16
Associated Infections Reduction Pilot Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1656. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
