Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pinellas County - Conservation of West 9
Klosterman Preserve is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1159, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Pinellas 16
County - Conservation of West Klosterman Preserve as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1159. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
