Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Jackson County Fire Trucks is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 288, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Jackson County 14
Fire Trucks as described in Appropriations Project Request 288. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
