Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. HELP PROGRAM - High School Education and 9
Recruitment - Law Enforcement is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1811, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $75,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the HELP PROGRAM - High 16
School Education and Recruitment - Law Enforcement as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1811. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
