Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Chipola Area Habitat for Humanity - Affordable 9
Housing Development Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1530, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Chipola Area 16
Habitat for Humanity - Affordable Housing Development Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1530. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
