Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Bascom Water System is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 908, herein incorporated by referen ce. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $6,921,933 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Bascom 14
Water System as described in Appropriations Project Req uest 908. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
