Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Jacob Water Meters is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 525, herein 10
incorporated by referenc e. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $485,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Jacob Water 14
Meters as described in Appropriations Project Request 525. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
