Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Goldsboro West Side Community Historical 9
Association is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1726, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the Goldsboro West Side Community 16
Historical Association as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1726. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
