Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Calhoun County Natural Resources Conservation 9
Service Hurricane Sally Debris Removal Match is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1161, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Calhoun 16
County Natural Resources Conservation Service Hurricane Sally 17
Debris Removal Match as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1161. 19
Section 3. This act shall t ake effect July 1, 2022. 20
