Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Calhoun County Chipola River Hurricane Michael 9
Debris Cleanup is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1160, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $7,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Prot ection to fund the Calhoun 16
County Chipola River Hurricane Michael Debris Cleanup as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1160. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
