Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Apalachee Center, Lifestream, and Gracepoint 9
Community Forensic Residential Step -Down Program is an 10
Appropriations Project as de fined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 960, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $9,460,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Apalachee 16
Center, Lifestream, and Gracepoint Community Forensic 17
Residential Step-Down Program as described in Appropriations 18
Project Request 960. 19
Section 3. This act sh all take effect July 1, 2022. 20
