Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lafayette County Sheriff's Office 9
Communications is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1289, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Management Services to fund the Lafayette County 16
Sheriff's Office Communications as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1289. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
