House Amendment 1 – Barcode 503145 inserts the substance of Redistricting Plan H000H8013
into Section 2 of the Joint Resolution. Section 3 of the Joint Resolution, which apportions the
state into 40 single-member senatorial districts as reflected in Plan S027S8058, is unaffected by
House Amendment 1.
Plan H000C8013 apportions the state into 120 single-member representative districts. The
