II.Summary of Amendments Contained in Message:
House Amendment - 667321 deletes language from the bill that would remove “audio-only
telephone calls” from a list of items excluded from the definition of “telehealth.” The current-law
definition of “telehealth” in s. 456.47, F.S., explicitly excludes audio-only telephone calls, and
the House amendment retains that exclusion.
