House Amendment 1 – 027563 (body with title) 
II.Summary of Amendments Contained in Message: 
House Amendment 1 makes the following modifications to the SB: 
 Makes the minimum sales threshold for all specialty license plates 3,000 (which includes out-
of-state college specialty license plates); 
 Decreases the specialty license plate limit from 150 to 135; 
 Removes the Ethical Ecotourism specialty license plate; and 
 Adds the Take Stock in Children specialty license plate.
