II.Summary of Amendments Contained in Message:
House Amendment – 538171 prohibits the offer by an operator of a public lodging
establishment of an hourly rate for an accommodation.
House Amendment – 815983 regulates the use of outdoor kitchen equipment; prohibits a local
law, ordinance, or regulation from prohibiting the use of such equipment.
House Amendment – 471609 provides the current annual fee payable to the Department of
Business and Professional Regulation for beer brands must be paid only for those brands sold to
a distributor
House Amendment – 149149 repeals 5654.05, F.S., which limits wine container size.
House Amendment – 268503 authorizes rabies vaccines to be administered to impound animals
