Transportation facility designations; 14 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers. — 15 (1) That portion of I -275 between mile markers 30 and 31 16 in Pinellas County is designated as "Deputy Sheriff Michael 17 Hartwick Memorial Highway." 18 (2) That portion of S.R. 87 between E. Bay Boulevard (mile 19 post 2.182) and Bob Tolbert Road (mile post 6.308) in Santa Rosa 20 County is designated as "Sgt. Maj. Thomas Richard 'Ric' Landreth 21 Memorial Highway." 22 (3) That portion of Alternate U.S. 19/Bayshore Boulevard 23 between Orange Street and Michigan Boulevard in Pinellas County 24 is designated as "SPC Zachary L. Carl Philippe Enis Memorial Highway." 78 (21) That portion of S.R. 289/North Ninth Avenue between 79 S.R. 196/Bayfront Parkway and U.S. 90/East Cervantes Street in 80 Escambia County is designated as "Lewis Bear, Jr., Memorial 81 Highway." 82 (22) That portion of Glades Road between Dixie Highway and 83 Federal Highway in the Pearl City Neighborhood of Boca Raton in 84 Palm Beach County is designated as "Lois D. Martin Way." 85 (23) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 86 suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as 87 described in this section. 88 Section 2. Sections 1 and 2 of chapter 91 -315, Laws of 89 Florida, are amended to read: 90 Section 1. That portion of State Road 40 between (section 91 36080) in Marion County from mile marker 5.695 located at the 92 intersection of State Road 35 and the Ocklawaha River Bridge in 93 Marion County (baseline road) east to mile marker 9.640 located 94 at the Cross Florida Barge Canal Brid ge for a distance of 3.945 95 miles is hereby designated as the "Armand and Perry Keith Lovell 96 Memorial Highway." 97 Section 2.
