Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 10
456.47, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11
456.47 Use of telehealth to provide services. — 12
(1) DEFINITIONS.—As used in this section, the term: 13
(b) "Telehealth provider" means any individual who 14
provides health care and related services using telehealth and 15
who is licensed or certified under s. 393.17; pa rt III of 16
chapter 401; chapter 457; chapter 458; chapter 459; chapter 460; 17
chapter 461; chapter 463; chapter 464; chapter 465; chapter 466; 18
chapter 467; part I, part III, part IV, part V, part X, part 19
XIII, or part XIV of chapter 468; chapter 478; chapter 480; part 20
I, or part II, or part III of chapter 483; chapter 484; chapter 21
486; chapter 490; or chapter 491; who is licensed under a 22
multistate health care licensure compact of which Florida is a 23
member state; or who is registered under and complies with 24
subsection (4). 25
