Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. SPC Zachary L. Shannon Memorial Highway 10
designated; Department of Transportation to erec t suitable 11
markers.— 12
(1) That portion of Alternate U.S. 19/Bayshore Boulevard 13
between Orange Street and Michigan Boulevard in Pinellas County 14
is designated as "SPC Zachary L. Shannon Memorial Highway." 15
(2) The Department of Transportation is directed t o erect 16
suitable markers designating SPC Zachary L. Shannon Memorial 17
Highway as described in subsection (1). 18
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 19
