Florida Senate - 2023 SB 982 By Senator Ingoglia 11-01172-23 2023982__ 1 A bill to be entitled 2 An act relating to transportation facility 3 designations; providing an honorary designation of a 4 certain transportation facility in a specified county; 5 directing the Department of Transportation to erect 6 suitable markers; providing an effective date. 7 8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9 10 Section 1.Rush Limbaugh Way designated; Department of 11 Transportation to erect suitable markers. 12 (1)That portion of Cortez Boulevard between U.S. 41 and 13 S.R. 50 in Hernando County is designated as Rush Limbaugh Way. 14 (2)The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 15 suitable markers designating Rush Limbaugh Way as described in 16 subsection (1). 17 Section 2.This act shall take effect July 1, 2023.
