WHEREAS, Governor Ron DeSantis has expressed a desire to 7
address the Legislature in Joint Session, NOW, THEREFORE, 8

Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of 10
Florida, the Senate Concurring: 11

That the House of Repr esentatives and the Senate convene in 13
Joint Session in the Chamber of the House of Representatives at 14
11:00 a.m. this day, January 9, 2024, for the purpose of 15
receiving a message from the Governor. 16
