Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Subsection (20) of section 26.031, Florida 9
Statutes, is amended to read: 10
26.031 Judicial circuits; number of judges. —The number of 11
circuit judges in each circu it shall be as follows: 12

Section 2. Subsections (28) and (48) of section 34.022, 15
Florida Statutes, are amended to read: 16
34.022 Number of county court judges for each county. —The 17
