Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Transportation facility designations; 11
Department of Transportation to erect suitable mar kers.— 12
(1) That portion of International Drive between S.R. 528 13
and Sand Lake Road in Orange County is designated as "Harris 14
Rosen Way." 15
(2) The bridge on Moncrief Road West over the Ribault 16
River in Duval County is designated as "Bernard Wilkes Ribaul t 17
River Bridge." 18
(3) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 19
suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as 20
described in this section. 21
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 22
