Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Transportation facility designations; 11
Department of Transportation to erect suitable mar kers.— 12
(1) That portion of International Drive between S.R. 528 13
and Sand Lake Road in Orange County is designated as "Harris 14
Rosen Way." 15
(2) The bridge on Moncrief Road West over the Ribault 16
River in Duval County is designated as "Bernard Wilkes Ribaul t 17
River Bridge." 18
(3) That portion of W. South Street between S. Division 19
Avenue and U.S. 441 in Orange County is designated as "Geraldine 20
Thompson Way." 21
(4) That portion of W. Beaver Street/S.R. 10 between King 22
Street and Acorn Street in Duval County i s designated as "Harry 23
Frisch Street." 24
(5) Bridge number 900117 on U.S. 1/S.R. 5 over Niles 25

Channel in Monroe County is designated as "Jose Wejebe Bridge." 26
(6) That portion of S.R. 932/N.W. 103rd Street/W. 49th 27
Street within the City of Hialeah in Miam i-Dade County is 28
designated as "Celia Cruz Way." 29
(7) That portion of S.R. 915/N.E. 6th Avenue between S.R. 30
860 and S.R. 826 in Miami -Dade County is designated as 31
"Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard." 32
(8) That portion of S.W. 58th Street between S.R. 985/S .W. 33
107th Avenue and S.W. 102nd Avenue in Miami -Dade County is 34
designated as "Sonia Castro Way." 35
(9) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect 36
suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as 37
described in this section. 38
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 39
