A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Frantz Bourget; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Frantz Bourget currently serves as the CEO of Bourget Financial Services, a2
comprehensive consulting firm that provides accounting, taxation, and finance solutions to3
businesses; and4
WHEREAS, in addition to his professional role, he further serves as a member of the5
National Association of Black Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals,6
and the Association for Financial Professionals as well as the treasurer and co-founding7
member of the United Front of the Haitian Diaspora; and8
WHEREAS, his support of Haiti includes his efforts alongside several families in the metro9
Atlanta area to re-energize the once-thriving Haitian coffee business in the wake of the10
catastrophic earthquake in 2010; and11
WHEREAS, this distinguished gentleman has given inspiration to many through his high12
ideals, morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and he possesses the vast wisdom13
which only comes through experience and the strength of character which is achieved14
through overcoming the many challenges of life; and15

WHEREAS, Frantz Bourget is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable
16
reputation for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and17
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this18
remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.19
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that20
the members of this body recognize and commend Frantz Bourget for his many outstanding21
contributions and extend best wishes for continued success.22
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized23
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to24
Frantz Bourget.25
