A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Morgan Faithe Harrell; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Morgan Faithe Harrell is a multi-talented individual who contributes to her2
community through many avenues; and 3
WHEREAS, she is a mogul, choreographer, professional dancer, and NAACP Image Award4
nominee; and5
WHEREAS, is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Dance6
and a minor in marketing; and7
WHEREAS, she recently claimed the title of 2024 Miss Middle West Georgia; and8
WHEREAS, she is the founder of her faith-based dance production company, Faithe'sthetics,9
whose clients have included March Madness, Wieden + Kennedy New York, and Ballet10
After Dark; and11
WHEREAS, she appeared as a principal dancer in Tyler Perry's A Jazzman's Blues,12
choreographed by Debbie Allen; and13

WHEREAS, she is a BronzeLens Film Festival nominee and winner of Best Director from

the Women In Film and Television Atlanta for her social injustice dance film S.A.B.L.E., a15
choreopoem paying tribute to black women; and16
WHEREAS, she is inspiring people to keep their faith and proving that nothing is17
impossible; and18
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this19
remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body21
recognize and commend Morgan Faithe Harrell, congratulate her on being named 2024 Miss22
Middle West Georgia, and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued success.23
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed24
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Morgan Faithe25
Harrell.26
