A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
To amend an Act creating a new charter for the City of Conyers, approved March 16, 1978

(Ga. L. 1978, p. 3868), as amended, so as to revise the city boundaries; to provide for related2
matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:4
SECTION 1.5
An Act creating a new charter for the City of Conyers, approved March 16, 1978 (Ga. L.6
1978, p. 3868), as amended, is amended by adding a new paragraph to Section 1-105 to read7
as follows:8
"(c) In addition to all other territory included within the corporate limits of the city, the9
corporate limits shall specifically include the following described parcels:10
(1)  1281 Milstead Ave.11
