A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Dr. Jayne Morgan; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Dr. Jayne Morgan currently serves as vice president of medical affairs at Hello2
Heart, specializing in women's health and AI; and3
WHEREAS, recognized by Midi Health's 45 over 45 list of top women's health experts and4
Atlanta's Most Powerful Leaders in 2024, Dr. Morgan is a leading advocate for improved5
research and representation in clinical trials of women and all populations; and6
WHEREAS, with expertise in cardiovascular research, she previously served as executive7
director of health and community education at Piedmont Healthcare, where she led initiatives8
such as the Covid Task Force and the Cardiovascular Research Program; and9
WHEREAS, she is the creator of the award-winning Stairwell Chronicles series and serves10
as a medical expert for CNN, News Nation, NYC Fox News, and other media outlets, in11
addition to hosting HealthyHer, a women's health talk show; and12
WHEREAS, beyond her clinical work, she holds leadership roles on multiple medical boards13
and committees, contributing to advancements in cardiac care and health literacy; and14

WHEREAS, this distinguished gentlewoman has given inspiration to many through her high

ideals, morals, and deep concern for her fellow citizens, and she possesses the vast wisdom16
which only comes through experience and the strength of character which is achieved17
through overcoming the many challenges of life; and18
WHEREAS, she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for19
integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and20
WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this21
remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.22
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that23
the members of this body recognize and commend Dr. Jayne Morgan for her many24
outstanding contributions to women's health and extend the most sincere best wishes for25
continued success.26
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized27
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Dr.28
Jayne Morgan.29
