A RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., as the 2025 Heart of the

Community Business Award recipient; and for other purposes.2
WHEREAS, Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., is a locally owned, second-generation real estate3
brokerage established in 1972; and4
WHEREAS, Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., fosters a culture where agents and staff are5
encouraged and empowered to invest their time and resources to support and enhance the6
area's vibrant quality of life; and7
WHEREAS, Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., Real Estate agents and staff often serve the8
community by providing Christmas gifts and clothing for Pre-K children from disadvantaged9
families and by volunteering and donating time and service to Salvation Army, Davies10
Shelters, P.A.W.S., Victims of Summerville floods and Hurricane Helene, Adopt-a-Mile11
clean-up projects with Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful, Brighter Birthdays, Cancer Navigators,12
Fork Spoon & Plate Hunger Ministry, Chiaha Harvest Festival, Coosa River Basin Initiative,13
Rome Shakespeare Festival, Sexual Assault Center, South Rome Alliance, and YMCA14
Arsenal Soccer Club; and15

WHEREAS, individual members of the Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., team have been

recognized for humanitarian efforts with Heart of the Community Awards of Honor,17
Exchange Club Family Resource Center, and the Greater Rome Board of Realtors; and18
WHEREAS, members of the Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc,. team have been appointed to19
serve on governmental bodies to include Greenway Partnership, Housing Authority, Parks20
& Recreation, Planning Commission and Special Committee on Housing as well as various21
school auxiliary organizations.22
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that23
the members of this body recognize Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., Real Estate for its24
outstanding dedication to the community, commend Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc., Real25
Estate as a recipient of the 2025 Heart of the Community Business Award, and extend the26
most sincere best wishes for continued success.27
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized28
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Toles,29
Temple & Wright, Inc.30
