A RESOLUTION
Commending Laura Bryant, Trion High School's 2025 STAR Teacher; and for other

purposes.2
WHEREAS, a proper quality education for the young people of this state is the single most3
important objective of the General Assembly; and4
WHEREAS, Laura Bryant has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital5
role that she has played in the teaching profession and her deep personal commitment to the6
education of the students of Georgia; and7
WHEREAS, Laura Bryant has earned distinction for teaching excellence and has been8
honored as Trion High School's 2025 STAR Teacher; and9
WHEREAS, in recognition of her contributions to the education and welfare of young people10
in this state, it is abundantly fitting and proper for this body to honor the extraordinary11
accomplishments and academic achievements of this outstanding educator.12

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that

the members of this body commend Laura Bryant, Trion High School's 2025 STAR Teacher,14
and express their most sincere best wishes for continued success.15
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized16
and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Laura17
Bryant.18
