THE SENATE S.B. NO. 3129 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE, 2022 STATE OF HAWAII A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION TRUST FUND. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: THE SENATE S.B. NO. 3129 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE, 2022 STATE OF HAWAII THE SENATE S.B. NO. 3129 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE, 2022 STATE OF HAWAII A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION TRUST FUND. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2022-2023 for the unemployment compensation trust fund. Funds shall be used as a cash infusion to the unemployment compensation trust fund. The sum appropriated shall be expended by the department of labor and industrial relations for the purposes of this Act. SECTION 2. This Act, upon its approval, shall take effect July 1, 2022.
