A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CESSPOOLS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 153, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022, is amended by amending section 5 to read as follows: "SECTION 5. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2022, and shall be repealed on June 30, [2028.] 2038." SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2025.
SECTION 1. Act 153, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022, is amended by amending section 5 to read as follows:
