S.F. 74 Section 1. REPEAL. Section 479B.15, Code 2025, is repealed. 1 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act, being deemed of immediate 2 importance, takes effect upon enactment. 3 EXPLANATION 4 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 5 the explanations substance by the members of the general assembly. 6 This bill repeals provisions relating to entry for land 7 surveys in connection with hazardous liquid pipeline projects. 8 The bill removes a provision allowing a pipeline company 9 to enter upon private land for the purpose of surveying and 10 examining the land by giving 10 days written notice to a 11 landowner. 12 The bill takes effect upon enactment. 13 -1- LSB 1343XS (3) 91 sc/js 1/ 1
