SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Department of Labor for the purpose of purchasing a building
or renovating an existing building to be used for the
Entertainment Industry Worker Training Center Program.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Department of Labor for the purpose of purchasing 6
a building or renovating an existing building to be used for 7
the Entertainment Industry Worker Training Center Program. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023.10
