2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Developmental Education Reform Act is
5 amended by changing Section 100-1 as follows:

7 Sec. 100-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
8 Developmental Education Reform Act. References in this Article
9 to "this Act" mean this Article.
