2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
5 14-1.01 as follows:

7 Sec. 14-1.01. Meaning of terms. Unless the the context
8 indicates otherwise, the terms used in this Article have the
9 meanings ascribed to them in Sections 14-1.02 to 14-1.10, each
