1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Local Governmental and Governmental
5 Employees Tort Immunity Act is amended by changing Section
6 1-101 as follows:
7 (745 ILCS 10/1-101) (from Ch. 85, par. 1-101)
8 Sec. 1-101. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as
9 the "Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort
10 Immunity Act".
