Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office
of the Executive Inspector General for the Comptroller for its
FY24 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT making appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as 4
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5
to the Office of the Executive Inspector General for the 6
Comptroller for its ordinary and contingent expenses. 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2023. 9
