SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $10,000,000, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department
of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the development and
extension of certain water and wa stewater infrastructure for
the City of Danville. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much thereof 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 5
Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce a nd Economic 6
Opportunity for the development and extension of the City of 7
Danville’s new “green” water and wastewater infrastructure for 8
economic development and expansion of the City’s industrial 9
district. 10
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 11
2023. 12
